In short

Eight years in strategic comms and ad tech, the last four at Infillion. I built the AI-native workflows — Claude, MCP tooling — that scaled a studio's output without adding headcount.

  • $2M+ in client add-to-cart value driven by data-backed seasonal frameworks built for tier-1 retail and tech accounts.
  • Built a Claude-assisted 6-layer taxonomy across 5 product lines, reviewed and validated by senior stakeholders — plus a deal-scoring system routing new opportunities by historical win-rate.
  • Took client assets from RFP concept to programmatic deployment, end to end, across omnichannel environments.
  • Vetted scripts, mechanics and interactive pathways pre-launch — catching engagement and retention risk before it hit reporting.
  • Co-designed and shipped Infillion's internal operating platform, live to 500+ employees, on a three-person team.

Amazon Holiday

The problem. One holiday shopping hub had to stay relevant across a retail calendar that shifts every two weeks. Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the last-shipping-date panic each want different merchandising, and an evergreen build goes stale by the second one.
What I did. Architected it as a multi-phase hub: same structural bones all season, with messaging and shoppable categories rebuilt five separate times so each deal milestone got merchandising written for it.

Intel Evo

The problem. Selling laptops to students means landing in the most spec-heavy comparison category there is, against competitors publishing the same numbers you are.
What I did. Built an interactive hotspot experience with Carat/Dentsu that let shoppers pull up the specs that mattered to them, inside the ad — clean, click-friendly creative doing the work a spec sheet usually does badly.

Simple by design — a video plus a Content Collection featuring up to five models. The real risk was drift, not a bad idea. Every refresh got a proofing pass, not a re-skin, and between cycles I pitched higher-concept upgrades so the account always had a "what's next."

Always-on fuel rewards plus sponsorship moments across three chains — three brand identities, hyper-specific geotargeting, zero room to mix assets. Same proofing-first discipline, plus regular pitches for bigger sponsorship concepts whenever a tentpole opened the door.
